Registration Fees:
1. Players’ name will be deleted if they failed to pay before 28 March 2010. 2. All chess players may register and pay at the school hall on 20 March 2010 (Saturday) from 2:30 pm – 5:00 pm. 3. The maximum number of contestants for this tournament is 200 players.

Schedule: Event Time Registration with late fees and payment 7:40am – 8:30am Round 1 9:00am – 9:30am Round 2 9:40am - 10:30am Round 3 10:40am - 11:30am Round 4 11:40am - 12:30pm Lunch Break 12:30pm - 1:30pm Round 5 1:30pm - 2:20pm Round 6 2:30pm - 3:20pm Round 7 3:30pm - 4:20pm Round 8 ( if > 128 participants) 4:30pm - 5:20pm Prize giving and closing ceremony 6:00pm - 6:30pm
- Food will not be provided. All players are advised to prepare their own food. - The organizer shall not be liable for any mishap or loss of personal property of participants during the course of the tournament. - Participants and supporters must observe the rules & restrictions of the tournament and value all property within the Union High School premises. - The organizer deserves the right to change any of the regulation above without prior notice. |
