Remarks               :              

[1]   Registration after 15^th June 2009 (8.00 pm) will not be accepted.                               

[2]   Players’ name will be deleted if they failed to report on time (0720hrs - 0820hrs).                               

[3]   Fees collected are not returnable.                               

[4]   The maximum number of contestants for this tournament is 300 players.                               

[5]   Registration Fee does not include food but drinks will be provided.                               

[6]   Players who complete all the rounds will be given a certificate of participation.

[7]  For those who registered online and SMS, payment to be made at 0720-0820hrs on 21^st June 2009 at Chung Ling Butterworth’s School Hall.

[8]   Registration via SMS, please provide us your Name, IC No, Category, Fee & Age.

[9]   The organizer shall not be liable for any mishap or loss of personal property of participants during the course of the tournament.

[10] Participants and supporters must observe the rules and restriction of the tournament and value all property within the Chung Ling High School premises.

[11]The number of prizes given out is subjected to the number of participant.

[12]The organizer deserves the right to change any of the regulation above without prior notice.
